Ofra Woolf a leading physical education teacher, holds a master's degree in public health (MPH). For thirty years she has been engaged in body movement, specializing in the therapeutic aspects of the musculoskeletal system. Her method is intended for the fit and healthy as well as for those suffering from back problems.

The movement and therapeutic program includes the following:

Exercising the musculoskeletal system and maintaining a healthy body.
Developing habits of good posture and correct movement in every-day life.
Coping with and recovery from back pain and acute manifestations of back disorders such as
bulging or herniated disc, sciatica and degenerative processes.
Prevention and treatment of posture defects; cervical and lumbar lordosis, kyphosis, scoliosis and juvenile scoliosis.

This method of movement therapy has been tested in the framework of scientific research carried out at the Hadassah Hospital Jerusalem. The results of the research indicate significant reduction in recurrent episodes of back pain experienced by the participants.

Through a process of learning and exercise in movement classes, the participant assimilates ways to assume responsibility for his own body and relate to it in the healthiest possible manner. Through this method, tangible long-term results can be attained both in better maintenance of the musculoskeletal system and in the prevention and cure of back pain or disorders.

The therapy sessions are held in small groups or on an individual basis.
